Norway and the Meilleurs Ouvriers de France


In the week of 24–30 January 2009, Lyon will go Norwegian thanks to 25 restaurants participating in Norway on the Menu of the Bocuse d’Or 2009. During the event, the chefs of these establishments will feature on their menus the three Norwegian seafood products chosen for the Bocuse d’Or 2009. Thus, each Meilleur Ouvrier de France in Lyon will offer a menu with a unique personal interpretation of Norwegian Cod,Great Scallops and Wild Prawns. And because it is important to discover the wealth of other country’s culinarylegacy, informational brochures will be made available to patrons in each of the participating restaurants.
